Color Dare #258 Hi There Card

It's time for another Color My Heart Color Dare challenge! This week's colors are Black, White Daisy, Whisper, Sweet Leaf, Slate, Ruby, and Juniper.

I created a sweet card using a few cricut cut images along with some of our new Thin Cuts. I used Whisper Cardstock for my card base and the Simple Chevron Embossing Folder to create the White Daisy backdrop for my scene. The birdhouse is cut from Slate and Ruby Cardstock and stamped tone on tone with the coordinating inks.

The sentiment plays along with the bird on the branch visiting his little friend in the birdhouse. A few of the pieces are cut multiple times and stacked to create extra dimension on the card. To create the birdies' eyes, I colored Bitty Sparkles with the Black Shin Han marker. Black Glitter Paper adds a little sparkle to the card.

Another friend awaits inside to say, "Hi There!"

Ready to play? Just create a project using ALL and ONLY the colors in this week's challenge. If you don't have the exact colors, use the closest colors you have. You have until 10pm EST Thursday to enter! I can't wait to see what you create!

Thanks for stopping by!
